AFT Wellness Rewards Program Ts&Cs

  1. Introduction

The AFT Wellness Rewards Program ("Program") is a loyalty program operated by AFT Pharmaceuticals. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Program is designed to reward our valued customers for their loyalty and engagement with AFT Pharmaceuticals and its brands within aftpharm.shop e-commerce platform.

  1. Eligibility
  • The Program is open to individuals who are residents of New Zealand and aged 18 years or older.
  • You must create an account on the aftpharm.shop e-commerce platform to participate in the Program.
  • AFT Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to exclude any individual from participation in the Program at its discretion.
  1. Earning Wellness Points (WPs)

You can earn Wellness Points (WPs) through the following activities:

  • $1 Spent = 1 WP: Earn 1 WP for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
  • Create an Account: Receive 50 WPs when you create an account on aftpharm.shop e-commerce platform.
  • Birthday Reward: Receive 100 WPs on your birthday.
  • Social Media Engagement:
    • Follow us on Instagram = 20 WPs.
    • Follow us on Facebook = 20 WPs.

Wellness points (WPs) will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the qualifying action. AFT Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to adjust the number of WPs earned based on promotional activities and other factors.

  1. Redeeming Wellness Points (WPs)
  • 100 WPs = $20 Off: Redeem 100 points for a $20 discount on eligible purchases.
  • 200 WPs = $40 Off: Redeem 200 points for a $40 discount on eligible purchases.
  • 300 WPs = $60 Off: Redeem 300 points for a $60 discount on eligible purchases.

In addition to discounts, wellness points (WPs) can also be redeemed for exclusive gifts (e.i. mugs etc), free products, entry into giveaways (social media or aftpharm.shop giveaway), and early access to promotions and product launches. Redemption options are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

  1. Using Your Wellness Points

To redeem your points, log into your account and select "Redeem My points." Choose from available options. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

  1. Expiration of Wellness Points

Points will expire 12 months from the date they are earned. AFT Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to adjust the expiration period at any time. You will receive notifications before any points are due to expire.

  1. Program Changes and Termination

AFT Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including the earning and redemption of points, at any time. Notice of any changes to the Program will be provided via the aftpharm.shop website or email communication.

  1. General Conditions
  • Points are for individual use only and cannot be transferred, sold, or bartered.
  • Any abuse of the Program, including fraudulent activity, may result in the cancellation of your account and forfeiture of all points.
  • AFT Pharmaceuticals is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect your ability to participate in the Program.
